Register multiple accounts
Your babysitter. Your assistant. Your second cousin. We call it family profiles, but who you add is up to you.
Keep your credit card details
Even though your loved ones can use family profiles as their payment method, your credit card information is never revealed.
How it works for the family profile organiser
Add contacts
Tap to open the app, go to the menu, choose Settings, scroll down to Set up your family and select the qualifying contacts you would like to add. Once added, the family profile rider will receive an invitation request.
Please note: you must have the latest version of the app to use family profiles.
Have loved ones request trips
Once your invitee accepts, they can begin requesting trips from their own phone using the family profile as their payment method.
Get billed automatically
The cost of the trip will be billed to the family profile, and the organiser will receive a receipt for every trip.

Accept the family profile invitation
Open the email invitation to the family profile and accept it.
Please note: you must have the latest version of the app to use family profiles.
Make it your default payment
Choose family profiles as your default payment method.
Pay with family profiles
Request a trip as you normally would, selecting family profiles as your payment option.

- How do I update a family profile payment method?
- Go to Settings in the app.
- Scroll down and select Family.
- Under Preferences, select Default payment.
- You can choose from existing payment methods or add an additional payment option.
- How do I leave a family profile?
- Select Settings from your app menu.
- Scroll down to Profiles and tap the Family profile bar.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap the Leave profile button and confirm.
- How do I remove a family member?
- Select Settings from your app menu.
- Scroll down to Profiles and tap the Family profile bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the family member you want to remove.
- Select Remove member and confirm.
- How do I delete a family profile?
- Select Settings from your app menu.
- Scroll down to Profiles and tap the Family profile bar.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete family profile and confirm.
